“Alright so, I understand that COVID19 has affected shipping in a lot of places but this was a little exaggerated in my opinion. Yes I ordered them maybe too close to Christmas but it was in the middle of November I think, if I remember right. This was a gift for my sister and bro-in-law. I talked with a excellent representative, who gave me pointers and even moved my order ahead. After a few more emails I was given information that shipping will take 7-10 days, that is understandable sure. Even a tracking number was provided, but it didn't work. After which I told the representative, then the replies stopped. It should've been told that it would take 3 or 4 weeks (more than 7-10 days) and it came from China, in which I thought it was in the states but my mistake. Eventually I got them, and they are pretty grand looking and unquie. Definitely a different feel. But I'm not sure I'll order from Zolo Gifts again. Good product but order in advance.”

Socks normally takes about 6-8 business days to design, process and packing, then, 7-10 business days to ship. Because the epidemic is more serious, we need to reduce the number of workers to secure safety, our factory is overloaded and all of workers need to work overtime for many days to complete orders and ship out as soon as possible. therefore the processing time takes longer than usual.
When we shipped it out, due to the global impacts of COVID-19, the shipping process has been affected seriously, so the shipping time took longer than expected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
