“I never received my socks. I ordered them ahead of time for a wedding. This wedding was two weeks ago and I still don’t have my socks even though I have now received an email saying that they have been delivered. At first customer service just apologized, ignoring my refund request but I have not had a reply from them in days now. Not satisfied.”

Please contact the USPS and your local PO to get to know where they left the parcel. In some cases, the mailman might put it in the wrong mailbox of the neighbor.
We do sorry because we can refund your order. Actually, we processed the socks and shipped the package to you. This is a rare case and we also do not want it happen.
