Hi Susan,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are so sorry because the shipping time took longer than expected. We received your email on 14th Dec and replied it within 12 hours. Please check your inbox or spam folder again.
Due to the global impacts of COVID-19 pandamic, less flights, less delivery man, the shipping process has been delayed, so the shipping time took longer than expected. We do not want it happen, we always hope that our customers can receive their orders as soon as possible. But we can not control the shipping time. Hope you understand for us in this matter.
The USPS also alerted about this matter on their website:
ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.
Therefore, we hope you will understand and be sympathetic with us through this very tough time.
We will improve our service quality better everyday.
Stay safe and best regards,
Sarah
