“I placed an order for two pairs of "Daddy & Me" Original/Remix socks. The photo accompanying my order showed two pairs of socks, one adult size, with the words The Original on it and one child size with the words The Remix. Since I ordered two sets of the Daddy& Me socks, I expected I'd receive two daddy-sized socks and two kid-sized ones. What I received (five weeks after I placed the order) was two pairs of tube socks with the words The Original on one side of a sock and The remix on the other side. (The socks I received are identical in size, perhaps can for a 6-7 year-old child.) Since these were tube socks, the wearer's feet would show the words The Original on the front of the ankle and The Remix on the back. What I received is a total mismatch between the producers of the product which I received and what I thought I ordered. When I wrote back that I did not get the second set of socks I ordered, the response was an apology referring to masks. I am baffled. I will not shop at Zologifts again.”
