“The delivery process is absolutely terrible. I ordered these socks for a Christmas present on Black Friday, well before the site's posted cutoff for orders to be delivered before Christmas. I waited the estimated 4-6 business days for the product to be produced, expecting to receive word that the socks had been shipped soon after. I did not receive this, so I emailed customer support, wondering where my socks were. They assured me that my socks were coming, and that they had told the production team to prioritize my order. Still, I heard no word about my order being shipped. After 10 business days, I emailed support again, with absolutely zero response. Ultimately, I did receive a shipping email, 2 days AFTER Christmas. The socks then arrived on the 6th of January. For this reason, I am greatly displeased with my experience and will not be shopping here again. Additionally, when the socks did arrive, they seemed quite strange- basically just tubes of fabric without any shape, kind of like airplane socks. They did seem like okay quality, nothing stellar, but it remains to be seen how they hold up to wear.
TL;DR: socks are acceptable, delivery process very much is not. 2/10, would not recommend.”

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize because you need to wait for this order longer than expected. We don't know why you did not receive our response email, it maybe was in the Spam folder, you did not check it. We always reply customer email in 24 hours.
Because the epidemic is more serious, we need to reduce the number of workers to secure safety, our factory is overloaded and all of workers need to work overtime for many days to complete orders and ship out as soon as possible. therefore the processing time takes longer than usual.
Besides, less flights, less delivery man, due to the holidays and affected by severe cold weather, the shipping process has been delayed, so the shipping time took longer than expected. We do not want it happen, we always hope that our customers can receive their orders as soon as possible. But we can not control the shipping time. Hope you understand for us in this matter.
Therefore, we hope you will understand and be sympathetic with us through this very tough time.
