It normally takes about 5-7 business days to design, process and packing, then, 7-15 business days to ship.
Because the epidemic is more serious, we need to reduce the number of workers to secure safety, our factory is overloaded and all of workers need to work overtime for many days to complete orders and ship out as soon as possible. therefore the processing time takes longer than usual, this is general situation, we hope you understand and sympathize for us.
We always try our best to bring our product to customer in the soonest time, but it is very tough time and it took more time than expected.
