“The flag measures 10.5 × 16.3. It is not even as big as a placemat. I mailed the flag back to you on 9-29-20 and still have not received a refund. Of course it was made in China with poor workmanship. Who would hang something outside that is so small, and refer to it as a flag?! I will NEVER buy anything again from Zolo. You need to refund me my money!”
