“Came from china instead of USA. Picture looks more tanish brown, actual jacket looks more orange. The zipper part they actually zips up is missing. So cant zip it.
Shipping way to long. NOT worth the price the charged.”

Jacket normally takes about 6-8 business days to design, process and packing, then, 7-10 business days to ship.
Because the epidemic is more serious, we need to reduce the number of workers to secure safety, our factory is overloaded and all of workers need to work overtime for many days to complete orders and ship out as soon as possible. therefore the processing time took longer than usual.

We also note WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE: It depends on your country of residence. We have 2 factories. One in the USA and one in ASIA. Almost, all of our products are produced in the USA, however, due to the Global impacts of COVID-19, our factory in the USA is overloaded, so we have to process your order in some countries out of the USA, please understand in this matter. The quality of the masks won't let you down at all, we always try our best to produce and bring customers the best items.
