“The picture they advertised was not the hat that I received. I thought we were getting an embroidered hat like they had in the picture. Instead we got a screen printed hat. On top of that the other hat I ordered was missing! I contacted the company immediately after opening the package, and have contacted them two other times, I still have NOT heard from them about my missing hat. I will NEVER order from them again, and I hope no one else does. They claim to have a distribution center in the USA, mine came from China. It also took longer than they advertised to arrive.”
