“Here’s the deal…
The design is very cute and I love that, and I knew the mat itself was very thin, and wasn’t expecting anything more formidable. But it’s also poorly stitched.
But the way the thin mat was shipped is what’s really disappointing…
They triple folded it so it would fit flat into an envelope approximately 10“ x 12“ rather than rolling it up, and shipping via USPS that way.
I now have one long horizontal crease, and three vertical creases that probably will NEVER come out, and it’s going to be a while before it sits completely flat and could be a trip hazard.
Obviously, that was the cheapest way for them to ship it, but if they put any thought into it they could have spent another dollar or two to ship it properly, and add it to the price.
Just wondering what some people are thinking sometimes.
Bottom line… Very disappointed.”
