“I am at the gym every day but have always struggled as I always rewarded myself for my hard work !!! They Wyldsson bar mixes and this spread allow me to treat myself but with the right foods. This is so good and I am finding new ways of using it every day. Replaced my honey for a teaspoon in porridge, stunning with pancakes, added to cupcakes for the kids and everyone loves it. For pure decadence I reheat a slice of banana bread or a bar mix square and put on top.”
