“Deliciously filling and healthy. Like all of these nut butters, key if you like low-carb high-fat stuff. A big lump of one or two of them goes in my porridge every morning and helps keep me full for ages. Also great on sandwiches or rice cakes, with fruit, in baked goods or straight off the spoon!”
