I love to take Ganz Gelassen in my tea at night, it really helps me fall a sleep. I also have the impression that it helps me to stay calm and less stressed during the day.
Volle Lust seems to me giving me all the energy I need during the day. I was quite tired before and that seems to be gone as well.
