“I ordered this on November 30, 2021. As of today (January 5, 2022) this has not yet arrived. The shipping company says this order has been "en route" for over a month yet it has not arrived. Yappy support refuses to see this as a problem and tells me it's "en route". For more than a month? It could have criss-crossed the country multiple times in a month! Yappy emailed me today asking me to review my purchase, so I guess they aren't even aware I haven't received it even though I've contacted their support multiple times. Their products are a great concept, but the execution is spotty.”
