“We ordered a "Where's (dog's name)" book for my daughter. She loved the book and gave it 5 stars. When we first looked at the Yappy website, we thought the "black" retriever color was too grey, so we contacted their customer support. We heard back very quickly and, after a few back-and-forth emails, were asked for a picture of our particular dog, which we sent. Not only were they responsive to queries, but after they examined the product as displayed on their web page, they agreed that the grey could be darker (of course, they can't make it solid black or the face would be a black blob), and said their design department would work on it. When we went back a few days later, it appeared that they had done so. In addition, we realized that we gave our address for shipping, when we should have had it mailed directly to our daughter, so we contacted customer service again, and they quickly responded and fixed it (once they confirmed that we were the legitimate customer). So compliments to Yappy for providing a great product, and excellent responsive customer support! Also, the book was received quickly after we ordered it.”
