Also, I am sorry to hear you feel like the book is a little expensive, however, we do work hard to ensure we are offering the most competitive price. As the book is personalised and we offer a great amount of attention to detail we think the price is justified, in addition to the high quality of the book. Our design team are working continuously to keep adding new icons onto our site to expand the number of breed colours you can choose from. “I ordered two books and one had missing pages. I contacted Yappy and they sent me another promptly. Great customer service but probably should check quality control.”
