“The book is ok but I received two of everything, and was charged twice therefore a very expensive gift. All attempts to contact firm ignored! Is it a ploy to swindle customers?”

Hi Anne, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us however, I am sorry to hear your experience was only worth 1*. I have checked for any correspondence and I am afraid I cannot find any messages from you. Do you know what email address you sent your message too? I have also checked on our system and can find two separate orders for you, that contain the same items however, they were placed on two separate days. As such, this would mean that the order was not a duplicate and was reordered by yourself the following day.
