“I still haven't received this item and they won't ship me a new one?! It's over a month late. It's clearly lost. I would expect you guys to make and ship a new one for the inconvenience. It's so frustrating I really thought of you guys as a brand I would reccomend to my friends for holidays and gifts but I've had a terrible experience.”

Hi Katherine, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us however, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. I have had a look into this for you and can see that your order is currently in transit with USPS. We have been advised that they are experiencing delays due to the current pandemic and I can see that my colleague had advised you of this. You did request a refund for the item and we happily obliged due to the delay you have experienced however, as a refund has now been issued we can not send you out another apron.
