“I really do love it, but I thought, for the Money, Mollies name would be printed on it. It was quite expensive not to be personalised. I'm not sure why you asked for her name?”

I have had a look into your order for you and can see that the item you have ordered does not come personalised with a name, and does only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your pet's name as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their name.
