“Apron good quality, however had to contact the company as order did not arrive as promised, When i received my order the personalized message had not been completed.”

Hi Lesley, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. I am sorry to hear your apron did not arrive within the time frame we advised when you placed the order. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic and the busy festive period, Royal Mail were experiencing severe delays and it does look like your order was affected. I can see however, that your apron did arrive in plenty of time before Christmas. The design of apron that you have purchased however, does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. We do mention this within the product description for this item and it is also shown on the picture previews we provide. I do apologise if this information was missed when ordering.
