Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. We ask our customers to set up profiles for their pooches when creating an account with us to create a more personalised shopping experience and so our customers can see what our products will look like that are personalised with name. I can see from your order that you did purchase our 'I'll be watching you' aprons. We do advise within the product description that this item does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. This is also shown on the preview pictures that we provide and I can only apologise that this was missed when placing your order. “Not happy at all. I thought I was supposed to be notified when the item was despatched but I wasn't. Consequently my friend received the parcel & opened it unaware that it was a Christmas gift. I have already raised this but my concerns were brushed off by Megan. I shan't be ordering again.”

Hi Alison Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. I am afraid we are unable to facilitate dispatch emails at the moment, however you can track your order at any stage from within your Yappy account, and once your order has shipped your tracking information is available from within your account. We are also unable to facilitate gift notes inside our orders, and as such there is no option to include a note during checkout. I do apologise for any confusion caused. “We were so disappointed that neither Brodie nor Betty made an appearance on their personalised aprons. As for quality, I cannot comment. I had waited quite some time for them, certainly not the 3-4 working days promised, and I had to repost them straight away if they were to make it in time for Xmas. So, why no personalisation? You did ask what I thought. Abysmal service.”
