“I would have rated this product 5 stars for quality but marked it down because it was not personalised with the name ‘ Oscar ‘ as I had requested. It also took ages to arrive in the post therefore it became a very belated birthday present & the reason why I did not return it but gave it to my relative without his pet french bulldogs name. He was never the less delighted with his gift.”

As mentioned within the product description this item does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. This is also depicted in the picture previews we provide on our website. I do apologise if this information was missed when placing your order. I can see you were also advised at the time of ordering that you should allow up to 5 business days for this product to be created and a further time for delivery. Your item was shipped on the 5th business day and delivery was made 72 working hours after dispatch.
