“Was ordered for next day delivery. Was not delivered until a week later the day after the dog’s birthday on Monday . Contacted your Helpdesk on the Friday who advised it had been despatched and therefore could not be cancelled; in fact the parcel was not shown collected by Royal Mail until later that afternoon. Disappointed overall.”

Hi Martin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear you were disappointed with your experience with us. We do not offer next day delivery on our items due to the tailor-made nature of our products, so I can only apologise if this was misinterpreted by yourself when ordering. The speedy delivery option does not impact production time and simply upgrades your shipping method to a speedier service. I can see on this occasion that standard delivery was selected. We do advise to allow 2-3 working days for your items to be created and dispatched, and then to allow a further 24-48 hours for delivery, so I can only apologise if this was missed when ordering.
