“I ordered 2 photo mugs. One was totally fine the other one part of the picture wasn’t centered totally correctly so the rim looked chipped... hard to explaining.... but I sent a picture and Yappy was awesome!! They got right back to me. Let me know when the replacement was being made, when it was shipped, and then made sure I received it!! I was so impressed. I will be ordering from them again. Highly recommend !!”
