Hi Adele, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us - I can see that you have contacted us about this and we have advised that your notebook had to be sent back through for a reprint due to an issue happening the first time around. We did refund you the postage costs for this as a way of an apology. These items are due to be delivered for you today with DPD. Kind Regards, Lucy

Hi Cameron, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us, we really appreciate it. I have had a look into this for you and can see that there was initially an issue with the printing of one of your items at our warehouse and to ensure everything you received was of the best quality we reprinted this for you therefore causing a delay for despatch. Your items were shipped the following day via DPD and arrived with you in the time frame our customer service team advised - As you were not in to collect your parcel DPD left this in a safe place at your request however, due to your disappointment with this I can see we have issued a 50% refund to you, which you have happily accepted.
