“Disappointed. When ordering I had to pick a dog face from a selection that you gave me that looked most like him. I naturally presumed this picture was going to be on the bowl but we got a silhouette of a dog that looks nothing like him. Not the dog face that we were asked to pick. What was the point of me having to pick the dog face if you wasn't going to use it?”

Hi Jason, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your bowl. We ask our customers to pick a dog icon when creating their pooches profile to create a more personalised shopping experience and to also show our customers what our items will look like that do come personalised with the icon. The bowl you have chosen does not come with the icon and instead features a silhouette, we do mention this within the product description and the preview images shown on the product page would have shown the silhouette that will be printed on the bowl for you. I do apologise if this information was missed when placing your order and I will certainly pass your feedback over to the relevant team to review.
