“Bit disappointed the fabric was rough and quite cheap looking, on the pic it looks like nice soft material but it’s far from it.”

“When looking at this online it looks like it is a soft T-shirt material. When it arrived it’s a linen/fabric feel which makes the picture look grainy. It’s also tied on and not velcroed and I wonder for the safety of my puppy if it gets caught on something so currently unworn.”
