Hi Martin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear of your disappointment with your order. I can see that the mug you have ordered is the 'Peeking Icon' design and as such this mug does not come personalised with name, and only features the icon chosen when creating your pooch. This is shown on our website within the product imagery and also stated within the product description, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering.
