“Happy with the mug and decor, but I was of the understanding that it would come with Loki’s (my dog’s name) on it as I had been asked to input the name. Bit disappointed that it did not have this I must be honest, but a good mug apart from that.”

I have checked on the order for you and can see you did purchase one of our 'Icon Mugs' I am afraid this design does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. We do mention this within the product description and also within the picture previews we provide. I can only apologise if this information was missed when placing your order. We ask all of our customers to enter their dogs name when creating an account with us to create a more personal shopping experience and so you can see how our items that are personalised with name will look before purchasing.
