I'm afraid the mug you ordered does not come personalised with your dogs name and instead features your chosen icon. We do show this on the pictures on our website and this is also mentioned in the product description. “My friend (and owner of Dalha the Tibetan Terrier) was thrilled with her mug. We were both impressed with the design and quality of the product. Small suggestion - a bit more bubble wrap would be good but the mug arrived intact.”

“It was a Christmas gift for Rubie's Father. He and the rest of the family thought it was really cute but wished the dog's tail end was on the opposite side. Nice size, good quality, used often.”

Dear Letha Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your recent pawchases! I am delighted that you loved your mugs, but sorry to hear you were somewhat disappointed that not all 4 mugs came with Iggy's name on.
