“I ordered this as a replacement for a gift we broke. I’m literally LOVING this company! So clever, the mug is brilliant (however don’t put in the dishwasher). The individualised marketing is so clever but not annoying. I’m in danger of my whole house being Yappy-fied. Please help.”

“The design and quality of the mug itself is wonderful! It’s so cute, it’s just on the small side, unfortunately it’s not big enough for my coffee and creamer. But I will just have to use it for something else”

“I ordered this personalised mug for a friend's birthday, it arrived within 48 hours but unfortunately had a small chip in the rim. I contacted yappy by email to advise them of this. Another mug was produced, despatched and received within 24 hours. It's so refreshing to receive such good service these days. My friend loved the mug. Thank you so much.”
