“I am very disappointed in this product. It took one full month to be delivered and it was not personalized with the name "Luigi" as I had requested. I should get my money back!!”

I can see that the towel design you purchased does not come personalised with your pet's name, and instead does feature your chosen icon only. We do state this within the product description on our site, and show this within the product imagery, and I can only apologise if this was missed when ordering. “Graphic was way too big for the dish towel - at least dish towels I am used to in the USA. once folded and hung on a bar, you no longer see what is pictured in the photo. I expected the picture and words to still be seen once it is folded and hung and that's not the case. What you see in the photo is the whole dish towel opened up - it almost looks like it should be a flag of some sort :D”
