“Disappointing as you asked for names of the dog and I was expecting the names to be printed on the coasters...strange you would ask for names really.”

We ask all of our customers to enter their dogs name when creating their profile to create a more personalised shopping experience and so our customers can see what our products personalised with name will look like. The coasters you have ordered do not come personalised with name, we do mention this within the product description and this is also shown on the picture previews we provide.
