Hi Daphne Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase from us, although I am saddened to hear you were disappointed with your Yappy experience. I have looked into this for you, and it appears the order was placed using a Jack Russell icon, and as such the item received was correct in line with the order. As the product is tailor-made and personalised we do not offer exchanges or refunds on these items unless they are faulty. This is stated on our product pages, so I do apologise if this was missed. Additionally due to GDPR regulations we would have been unable to organise a replacement or exchange if this had have been possible with your daughter as she is not the account holder or the customer whom placed the order.
