Didn’t receive this product. I purchased it and then found out three days later that my order couldn’t be processed. Very poor.

I didn’t get my key ring as it couldn’t be produced so it was automatically cancelled!

Ordered this as a gift, expected to wait 72 hours for personalisation, only to receive an email 4 days later informing me the product could not be produced or dispatched. A full refund was issued, as expected, however this didn’t solve the problem. I was still without a gift for someone and could have been told a lot sooner to give me enough time to sort an alternative.
