“The recipient of this gift absolutely loved the book. It’s great that their town could also be printed on it and that each page had the dog’s name hidden somewhere as a shop, bar type name.”

“I ordered this on 14 December and it did not arrive. No one answers my messages to discover its whereabouts …. I have emailed several times …. I have never had such poor customer service.”
