“Never received my purchase. When I contacted customer service, they said too much time passed (under 1 month), so it was “lost” and I needed to purchase it again. They did not offer a refund, a replacement, or even to submit a claim with the shipping company, which likely would have refunded them. Shameful customer service.”

“Leo is a TNR kitty in Columbia. A dear friend watches out for him. But sometimes she can't find him and asks: "Where's Leo?" So of course, this book was the perfect thank you gift for her!”
