“Totally in love with Roccos cushion although didn't expect the quality to be so good!!! As hes only 7 months the cushion has been out away until hes finished the chewing stage :-) Definitely recommend”

“Was meant to arrive before the 19th of December and I think it arrived nearly two weeks late! So couldn’t give a a Christmas present which was the whole point! Very disappointed. When it arrived apparently it was nice”

I have looked into this for you and can see that a full refund has been issued to you as a way of an apology for the delay you experienced and your parcel was successfully delivered 29/12 via DPD.
