Hi Tracey, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us however, I am sorry to hear that your order did not arrive. I can see you have contacted our customer care team who asked you to confirm the shipping address on your order, unfortunately the address you provided was different than the one used when checking out. We did ask if you could confirm if you have an alternative address you could have used however, we have not received a response.
