“Slightly disappointed with the size, was expecting it to be a bit bigger. Delivery took longer than the stated 3-4 days, took more like 10 days.”

Hi Linda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to see it wasn't a 5 star experience for you on this occasion! We do state the measurements of our bags within the product description on site, so I do apologise if these were missed when ordering. We also state to allow 3-4 working days for personalised items to be created and dispatched, as well as allowing 24-48 hours for delivery once your items have shipped. I can see that you ordered in between the bank holidays at the beginning of May, which may have caused the order to take slightly longer than expected. However, I can see this was created, shipped, and delivered within the timeframes specified on site.
