“I love the bag but am disappointed with customer service. This bag was a gift for Christmas and came way past the expected delivery date that was provided. I reached out to customer service because I wasn’t able to track it and never heard back. I’m relieved the bag actually came and my mother loves it but I’m not sure I’ll order from here again.”
