“I ordered it the same time as the mug , a month before I needed the gift and it didn’t come on time before I needed it. The occasion was missed and I had to mail it out after the party and spend an extra $12. to ship it. I tried to contact you as as I saw it wasn’t arriving and very poor customer service. Nobody got back to me. I would not use this site again.”
