“The carrot planting set is really good quality but it arrived in a plain brown box (no label, nothing). This made it look really cheap which was disappointing as this was a gift. Had I had time to do so, I would have returned it as a result. The photographs are misleading as there is no trug included. I found customer services quite rude to deal with.”

We do note on the product listing that the item is provided in only the box without a slip, but we did not know that an item was missing. I'm also very sorry that you found our Customer Care Team to be quite rude. I'm very sorry but I've been unable to find any emails when searching for your details so this can be looked into, but if you could please forward this, we would be very grateful so it can be looked into as it would never be our intention to make customers feel this way.
