I have never used a better product. The concept is genius. My daughter never had any interest in numbers prior to obtaining sumblox. Now, she groups the numbers together and can identify 2 and 3. She loves to use them not only with their purpose but as building blocks as they\'re so chunky and stable. They are used in small world play too (our 7s are trees). We have explored nursery rhymes using sumblox too they\'re just so versatile.

Such a fab concept\r\nPerfect for teaching maths \r\nI love the fact that even young children that don’t understand add and subtract can understand how to make the same height with different numbers\r\nIt’s great teaching the basics to my 3 year old to helping my eldest with her maths homework

I purchased sumblox for my 1 and 3yr old. To spread the initial cost i used the savers club yes bebe provide that allows a few months to pay off your purchase in managable amounts. When they arrived they were put to use straight away. My 3yr has found several uses for them including stacking, using the numbers with counters , Ordering the numbers, making towers that stack to the same size . My 1yr old has enjoyed exploring them and stacking them. \r\nI’m impressed with the longevity these blocks will have, as the age range is 2-11yrs. With younger ones ising them to grasp the basics of numbers and older children using them For fractions/addition and multiplication. I highly recommend these for children of all ages.

Sumblox review.\r\nI bought Sumblox for my 2 year old who\'s just starting to pick up numbers. \r\nWhen we first got them she mainly knew 6 and 4. \r\nThey are not just a learning tool for younger kids but are very robust and well balanced building blocks as well. It surprised me when she starts building with seven as the base as you wouldn\'t expect it to stand, but it\'s beautifully balanced. She knocks them down and I know there won\'t be any paint transfer to worry about. The wood grain is also lovely addition to them. They are a toy/ learning resource built to last. \r\n\r\nWe are 2 months into play now with them now and she\'s counting one to nine ( it used to be 6-10 but ten took a holiday, no idea why), she is actively counting things, has started noticing the numbers on clocks and even though it\'s always 6pm, t\'s a brilliant start. Having Sumblox means that numbers are not just words she says, or a concept we are trying to get her to understand, the are real, she can feel them and touch them, they are an active part of life.\r\nWe combine them with drawing, tracing the blocks and colouring in the shape, copying the number in sand and using loose parts to count out to that number. I love that they will grow with her learning and understanding, and be a valuable teaching aid for us as parents.\r\n

Got a great deal on these so bought them I advance ready fir my daughters 4th birthday. I didn\'t understand the hype until I watched some videos of children using them and read a few good explanations...then I was sold! They seem expensive but they are so well made and their use is so broad that we should get at least 10 years use for 2 children so excellent value for money when worked out that way! Can\'t wait to have a play!
