“1) I paid £22 extra for first-class shipping which was due to come in up to 14 days. In actuality, it took 1.5 months to reach me and I did not get to wear it to a wedding a specifically bought the item for. This defeats the point for me and there was no compensation whatsoever!
2) Two items are too small and one is defective (the bun on the turban was not stitched on properly). I would like a refund or exchange for all three. The fact that one of my orders is defective is very disappointing.
