“Cap does a decent job of keeping water out. Stars taken off because it took almost 2 months to receive it, and for how much it costs, the look/feel and presentation could be better. I thought it was overpriced for a piece of spandex material sewn over a rubber cap and tossed into an envelope without any additional effort to make it look presentable.”
