Hi, Thanks for your review and we're glad you like the product! It is very rare that we don't dispatch Canagan food within 24-48hrs and we use UK Mail next day service to UK Mainland. I am not sure what has happened, perhaps the courier has had a delay or this was a rare occurrence where we were delayed! Apologies that it took longer than normal. “My Golden Retriever has been on this food since she was a pup, about 6 months old. She was on another brand prior but that food did not work out for her. (Diarrhea) After seeking advice from pet store I was advised to try Canagan. She does very well on this food and she is now nearly 4 years old. Recommend it highly”
