“I ordered this mat as a gift for a sibling for a Christmas present on Dec. 3. There was an issue with the Quality of the picture that I had sent which delayed the processing of the order. I was contacted within a few hours of the initial order. I then sought out a better version of the photo to be used for the mat. It arrived on Dec. 27th (not bad considering the delays in shipping at that time).
