Ordering was a tad ridiculous. I initially placed the order on 11/23/2023. However, the order didn’t ship out for a month and this was due in part to their system reportedly losing track of the sleeve count I’d ordered, and the delayed response times encountered when coordinating a resolution. When contacted asking how many sleeves I’d “prefer”, I ended up having to be invoiced and charged again to make up the difference their system failed to capture. This back and forth took about two weeks, and I had to follow up to receive tracking information afterward.
Also, and this is the kicker for me, the company has sent me exactly 40 unique email threads over the course of 1 month. Most of which were just marketing, with many of them using very clickbaity subject lines, pretending to have some legitimate association with my order that I was dealing with when they really did not. (Im also not counting the actual back and forth communications with their team trying to resolve the aforementioned ordering issues and requesting status updates.)
I wasn’t going to waste the time to leave a review, and was planning to just take my experience as a lesson learned and move on. However the persistent email bombardment asking for one tipped me into doing so.

“This is my second time ordering custom image card sleeves. The first order was fine, but the second order was not a good experience.
Ordered on Nov 31 but didn't arrive until after Christmas (December 30th). I really wished they would set an "Order on X to arrive before Christmas" date.
Worse, there was only 59 card sleeves - which really ruins a deck which needs exactly 60.
The actual sleeve quality is alright. It's not as thick as others brands such as Dragon Shield. They're a little more durable than penny sleeves, I guess.
However, the image quality for the custom cards was good. Additionally, customer service is usually very responsive but it doesn't outweigh the flaws
