“This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in recent memory. I placed the order on a time crunch for the holidays and this was the only site still offering delivery times before Christmas. First problem was them messing up the count of my sleeves, causing them to happen to email me and delay my order for essentially three days in order to find out if I wanted the 60 or 100 ct sleeves due to their own admitted error. Fine I let them know I needed the 100 ct. we're still doing ok at this point. A little worried about the apparent lack of competence, but we're still ok. Then a day and a half later I get another email saying since I want the100 ct sleeves I'd have to pay more, even though I was already charged in full for the order. I had a back and forth with one of their reps over the next couple of days until I just decided if I need this item I might as well pay the extra even though I shouldn't, so I agreed via email and gave them written permission to use the info already on file to adjust the price up so no more time is wasted and they can get to printing the product. A further day and a half later I receive another email, containing a separate invoice with the added amount that I had to confirm- even though I had already given them written confirmation to use the info they already had on file- creating unnecessary extra steps and further delaying my order at least another day. By this point, we're already at least a week late from even getting my order started let alone delivered. No further confirmation or correspondence was given even though I sent emails requesting confirmation that the order was started,leaving me wondering if this entire company was a scam. Overall the order took over a month from the time of order to the time of receipt. And once the order arrived, the sleeves were thin, flimsy and poorly printed. This was intended to be a gift for someone. 1/10 do not recommend using this service at all. For a better quality product and more competent customer service, use dragonsleeves instead. They're more expensive but the extra money is well worth the better experience,better product and the peace of mind .”
“The sleeves themselves feel really good, and the art is super crisp on them. I opened the package and was amazed at how good they were. That alone would normally be a 5/5 review. The only issue is that some of the cardseeves appear to already be experiencing heavy wear and tear from playing 3 normal games with them and doing nothing harsh with the cards besides shuffling them. I've owned cardsleeves for 5 months now that have significantly less wear on them than these accumulated in a single night. In total, they look and feel great but are worrying fragile for cardsleeves, especially for the price of them. I give a 3 out of 5 because of this. I have included a picture of one in perfect condition and one of the card sleeves that I played with last night.”
